Sourdough mother - Day 5

Evening.

Well! We have bubbles! Big bubbles, not just tiny effervescent fizzers. Let’s have a look.


Okay then. Let’s add in 50g of quinoa flour and 50g (ml) of water, a little more water if you need to to keep that batter like consistency I showed you this morning, let’s not give these yeasts a tummy ache, and give her a good stir with our scalded and cooled spoon and then back on with the lid and we will come have a look at her tomorrow morning. We are getting very close now folks! Exciting!!!
