Nut and Seed muesli

As you know I do not do breakfast, lunch or dinner, but rather meal 1, 2 and 3, but sometimes old habits die hard and sometimes I simply don’t have time to fuss, but I do need to eat, so I make myself a nut and seed muesli.

I start with a mixture of any nut or seed that I have in the house, top it with some dried fruit and then some of my home made almond milk. Don’t worry about making it too big, it is very filling and will keep you going for quite some time.

As you can see here I have some almonds, cashews, macadamia, pistachio, sunflower, pepita, goji berry, cranberry and dried blueberry. Just like trail mix in a bowl. Add your milk and enjoy. Nut and Seed Muesli.
