For the first time I am offering a downloadable edition of my hydration poster for use by the general public. Proper hydration is one of the cornerstones of health and good nutrition, so download it with my blessing, print it out and stick it up wherever you like, I have one on my toilet door and take great delight in telling visitors all about it and inviting questions after they have used the bathroom. Hmmm, I wonder if this is why people don't come back????
