My lovely uni friend Chloe’s mum Heather is our Hall of Famer today, with this gorgeous offering. This is my Savoury Cottage Pumpkin Loaf, perfect for anyone who is gluten or grain intolerant and MISSES bread (like I do). Actually, Heather has beaten me to it because the recipe has not made it onto the blog yet, but she has done such a wonderful job that I had better get it on toot sweet because I am sure these pictures are going to make people want to get into the kitchen and start baking! Which is what the Hall of Fame is all about.
