I have been thinking on our Back to Basics range and have decided to do up some nice, old fashioned family favourites. This week I made my Rampaging Roast, a roast lamb with all the trimmings, from fridge to table in an hour. Here it is, doesn’t it look magnificent? And it tasted amazing too. I will pop the recipe up for you shortly, a good one to try on the weekend perhaps???
